Dental Check-up

Last Wednesday(4/22, sorry super late kuwento na) was Jeremy's first visit to the Dentist.
We had a 2:30pm appointment with Dr. Lawrence Miller, a pediatric dentist.
The little boy was so behaved while Dr. Miller was checking his teeth.
Jeremy's teeth are perfectly OK! Worth it ang toothbrush session namin every morning & evening...hehe.
Since my kulit bulilit is only 2yrs old, he will have his first teeth cleaning at the age of 3.
So, we will go back next year na.
Jeremy got a Diego toothbrush & small dolphin stuffed toy after the check up.

For picture purpose lang...hehe

Haircut Day

Last Saturday, our kulit bulilit had a haircut at ShortCuts 4 Kids in Louisville,KY.
Finally, I was able to convince hubby. Cute daw ang long hair ni little boy.
Well, not for me...hehe.
We were there at exactly 11am for his appointment.
I was kinda worried when we got there because most of the kids were crying while having their haircut.
Fortunately, he was well behaved the whole time. It took only less than 15mins to cut his hair.
I love his new hair, pogi! =)

Earthquake shook Southern Indiana

At exactly 5:37am we felt a light to strong shaking.
Hubby & I jumped out of the bed to check what was going on.
I immediately told hubby to get Jeremy.
We thought that the rumbling noise was from our furnace in the basement.
When we turned on the TV, we learned that we had a 5.2 magnitude earthquake.
The epicenter was at West Salem, Illinois with a 5.4 magnitude.
There were some minor damages in the Kentucky area.
I am still watching news right now, we might experience some aftershocks pa daw within the day or for the following days. Yaiiks, scary!
Thank God, we are all ok here.
I will ask hubby later to check our basement though. I hope there is no damage naman.

More updates at Yahoo news.

AShop Commerce, Upgrading your Business

Nowadays, people spend most of their time surfing the internet.
Even my 2yr old son knows how to use the mouse and click his favorite disney characters.
That is the power of technology. If you want to buy something, instead of going out, you have the option to shop online.
Now, if you have your own business you can also do it online.
Ashop Commerce is the answer my friend.

If you want to take your business to another level and make a big profit, try Ashop.
It's a shopping cart software that will host your online business. You don't even have to be an expert in technology to join AShop.
I find it very simple and friendly ecommerce software.
They even have a 10day FREE trial. A very convenient way to let you try to explore their offer and make you decide if this is right for you. If you have questions, they even have a live support to help you. How good is that!

As a full time mom, it is very convenient to shop online and fill my shopping cart of the things that I would like to purchase. So, what are you waiting for, go visit Ashop Commerce and give your business a new outlook.

Crocs or Havaianas?

It's already spring and I would like to buy my kulit bulilit a pair of slippers.
However, I'm torn between Crocs & Havaianas.
I saw this cute crocs slippers at FinishLine when we were at the mall a few weeks ago.
It's quite expensive though for a toddler's slippers.

Then, just last week I came across with this Havaianas slippers while surfing the internet.
Cuteness again! haaay.
A little bit cheaper than Crocs ( plus points! hehe).

I still have a few days to decide what to buy. We'll probably go to the mall this weekend.
So, what do you think? Crocs or Havainas?
Mommy, think think think!

Me, a Postie!

I got good news today, my blog has been approved by PayPerPost. Finally, I'm now a Postie!

Since I joined the paid blogging world, without a doubt, I would sign up for Payperpost. As a full time mom for 2 years now, I have been wanting to have a part time job at home. I learned about Payperpost first from WomenforHire.com. The site has a wide work from home resources, and there they recommend payperpost if you want to be a professional blogger. But, not until we had a discussion in my e-group about paid blogging that I decided to do it. Moms from my e-group are living proof that paid blogging is worth giving a try and they highly recommend Payperpost!

Since my blog was still new then, I just focused myself on writing my blog, learning the loops in blogging & most of all gaining friends through it. It was just this week when I decided to give it a shot & sign up my blog on Payperpost. I'm so thankful that they approved my site & gave me an opportunity in blog advertising. What's good about Payperpost is that it has lots of opportunities for you as a blogger. I was really overwhelmed when I saw what they offered. It gave me another reason to blog!

I know that I'm still a newbie at paid blogging and still need a lot of work or improvements to do. I hope that I would be able to justify myself as a blogger, as a Mom who wants to earn while doing the household chores, and taking good care of my loved ones. I have two reasons to work hard and earn my own money. First, it's my birthday next month, it would be my first time to treat my Jlo's out for a dinner and celebrate my big 3-0! Second, we'll have a short vacation in Manila in June, and the airfare ticket is so expensive since it's summer here in the US. Whatever I will earn from paid blogging will go directly to our pocket money.

Blog & Earn

What a great way to start my Monday. I got an email from Smorty.
They already approved my blog. It's official, I'm really into paid blogging now.
The paid blogging idea came from my e-group. I think it was January when we had a topic about paid blogging.
I got inspired and decided to have my own blog.

It was just this weekend when I registered my blog to Smorty.
After a simple registration, I instantly became a member.
You just have to wait for their confirmation if your blog has been approved or rejected.
I was able to explore also the website, read discussions from the forum and familiarize myself with Smorty while waiting for the approval of my blog.

I highly recommend this paid blogging site.
Not only advertisers paid you to blog but you can earn also from their referral program.
As a full time Mom, you blog for money while still taking care of everything at home.
One thing more, they even have an available opportunities for me right after my blog has been approved.
What a great site.
